Sailing Lessons for Women by Women

Every sailor was once a beginner and every beginner learns there is no end to the education about boats, water, and wind.  TWSA's Spring classes have become the most popular way to learn to sail, and to continue that education, in the Puget Sound area.  TWSA members teach aboard boats ranging from 27 to 40 feet, offering individual attention in small classes. These women instructors are dedicated to teaching sailing in a non-threatening manner.  "Nobody yells," could well be our motto.

Boats are donated and instructors volunteer their time to keep costs down and make the art of sailing available to everyone.  Sailing education is TWSA's number one goal.
